Over the last several weeks I’ve spoken with many customers, partners and CRM industry veterans. I’ve had many of those discussions before, but this time, it was different. Across the board everyone agreed that there’s a fundamental problem with CRM systems. Simply put, people hate them and the reason is pretty obvious.
