Sales Sentiment For Email Is Now Available on Mobile

A few months ago we released Sales Sentiment Analysis for Email, an amazing feature courtesy of our Big Data team that uses artificial intelligence to alert you of negative sentiments in your emails. It’s a real game-changer in the world of sales and we’ve received an amazing response from our customers. But up until now, you were only notified about emails with negative sentiment on the web version of Base. Shouldn’t you know when a deal is at risk even when you’re away from your desk? We think you should. That’s why we’re excited to announce that Email Sentiment Analysis will now be available on mobile for every Base customer. When you enable sentiment notifications, you’ll get mobile alerts about emails with negative sentiment, allowing you to jump in and save your deals anytime, anywhere.

Mobile Sentiment Notifications

To start receiving your sales sentiment notifications, head over to the Base Settings and select “Custom Notifications.” Here, you’ll see the notification trigger that pushes web alerts for emails with negative sentiment. All you have to do is select “Mobile Alert” and you’ll instantly start receiving mobile notifications when a deal is at risk. Provide Feedback, Improve Accuracy

Sentiment analysis may be using artificial intelligence and complex algorithms to deliver results, but at the end of the day, it’s a tool that will consistently develop as it learns more about you. Under each email you’ll see an option to provide feedback on how accurate our analysis was. Did we hit a home run or did we miss the mark? Give us immediate feedback on an individual alert and we’ll use that to improve our accuracy. The more communication you have with prospects, the smarter and more accurate your sentiment analysis will become. By providing accurate feedback in your inbox you’re ensuring that we provide you with more accurate results.
