Mobile Reporting Center
The new interactive reporting center brings the numbers that matter most, straight to your reporting dashboard. The mobile reporting center delivers real-time insights into goal attainment, sales forecasting, and even the Sales Funnel analysis, to name a few. Tap any report for more detail, or apply filters to modify the data being shown. Update to the latest version of Base now to start using the new mobile reporting center.
Email Templates with Merge Tags
Following last week’s announcement, email templates are now available for both iOS and Android. Quickly send personalized email with just a few taps. Data will be pulled from the Lead or Contact card to personalize the communication automatically.
This much requested feature is now available on web and mobile. Rather than using custom fields, use the new standard Lead Sources field to track where Leads are coming from. Then, use that source to generate reports and understand which Lead Sources are generating revenue so you understand what’s working and what isn’t. Get your lead statuses set up here.
