You may have noticed the addition of a few premium features a couple weeks ago. Today, we are happy to officially announce Automated Actions, a premium feature that helps you think less and do more.
Automated Actions is built to enhance Tasks, a feature that allows you to set a specific action to take with a client or a deal. Some tasks that our customers have created include following up with a client or making changes to a demo after speaking with a customer.
Automated Actions can make creating these common tasks even simpler. Do you find yourself creating the task “Call the client three days later” every time you add a contact? Or do you wish that you can assign new tasks to your team when a deal moves from qualified to quote stage? With Automated Actions, you can set these tasks once and they will automatically be created based on the rules that you choose.
We’ve already received some great feedback from some of our users who use Automated actions to streamline their sales process. Our customers are creating automated actions to set reminders for welcome meetings, delegate work automatically to others, and stay on top of their most important deals.
If you have an account on the Professional plan, you can get started now by going to Settings and then Automation. If you are on any other plan, activate the free 7-day trial to Professional plan. For additional help, follow the step by step guide to setting up an Automated Actions.
