Over the past few months, we’ve added filtering by custom fields to Leads, Contacts and Deals. Now it’s time for Reports to join the club. Today we’re introducing custom field filtering for the Pipeline Analysis and Sales Performance Reports on the web.
To filter your reports by custom fields, you’ll have to mark the fields as filterable in the custom field settings first. Once you do that, just open the deal filters on the Pipeline or Sales Performance Reports and filter by any of your custom fields. You’ll find the filter icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Filtering by custom fields adds a new reporting dimension and a new level of insights for you to make smarter decisions about your business. For example, say you use custom fields to track which products your customers are buying. Now you can break down the Total Sales report by product.

Pipeline Analysis Reports
- Funnel Report
- Stage Distribution
Sales Performance Reports
- Total Sales
- Forecasted Sales
- Forecasted Sales by Source
- Sales by Account
- Sales by Owner
- Deal Loss Reasons
