Save Time & Boost Productivity with Editable Smart Lists

At Base, we’re always searching for additional ways to help sales teams do more in less time, so we’re excited to announce that we have launched the ability for Base customers to edit leads, contacts and deals directly within Smart Lists.

Editing Made Easy

Smart Lists allow you to get the answers you need about your sales pipeline by building and filtering custom lists using real-time data. These lists are managed directly within Base, can be exported as .csv files, and now, individual leads, contacts and deals can be edited directly in the Smart List view!

When viewing a Smart List, simply hover over the field that you would like to edit. Click on the pencil icon that appears to the right of the field, make your changes and hit “enter,” as shown below.

This new functionality boosts productivity by saving reps and managers alike significant time and hassle. Rather than having to go back and forth between Smart Lists and individual lead, contact and deal cards to make edits, you can update pipeline stages, win likelihoods, deal values, tags and much more without ever leaving your Smart List.
