Earlier this year we introduced Smart Lists and it has quickly become one of the most popular features in Base. However, since the initial release, there’s been one common gripe, one smart list just doesn’t cut it! We hear you loud and clear, and as fellow smart list users, we couldn’t agree more. You’re now able to save multiple Smart Lists for leads, contacts and deals in Base.
We’re also introducing a moving date filter, so you can only show deals from the past 30 days, or leads that have been added in the last 7 days. This new filter means you no longer have to update your date range every time you look at a smart list. Download the latest version of the Base mobile app and access all the smart lists you create on the web from your mobile device.
The Base team has been using saved smart lists internally for some time now, here’s a few of our favorite smart lists thus far:
Deals Closing This Month
This is great for sales managers who want a quick snapshot of what’s expected to close this month.
For this smart list, we use the following columns: Deal Name, Company, Value, Stage, Owner, Estimated Close Date (with moving filter ‘This Month’)
New Leads This Week
This is great for BDRs who want to keep track of all the latest leads that are entering the sales funnel.
For this smart list, we use the following columns: Lead Name, Company, Value, Status, Owner, Created Date (with moving filter ‘This Week’)
This Month’s Won Deals
This is great for sales managers or sales reps who want an overview of what’s closed this month. This is a great smart list to run through in a weekly sales meeting.
For this smart list, we use the following columns: Deal Name, Company, Value, Stage (with filter ‘Won’), Owner, Close Date (with moving filter ‘This Month’)
