You probably already set sales revenue goals for your team. So why aren’t you keeping track of it? Set a goal in Base for each of your sales reps according to monthly, quarterly, or annual revenue. As you track your deals through the sales pipeline, you’ll see who has made their goal already… and who hasn’t.
Depending on your business needs, you may want to track the number of deals your team is winning instead of the amount of revenue. This is where the Won Deals Report comes into play. You can easily track your team’s won deal volume throughout the resolution period by looking at the flag indicator on the graph. If your team members are on track, they’ll meet or extend beyond the flag; if they’re falling short, you’ll see their numbers in red.
